Family Flow & Sculpt offers welcome Pilates sessions for all abilities during the Edinburgh Fringe. Choose from adult Sculpt & Flow to build strength, improve mobility and reset between shows, or Family Flow sessions where parents, carers and children move, play and laugh together. Whether you're a Fringe performer, visitor or local, you'll find a friendly, judgement-free space to move. No experience needed, equipment is provided and everybody is welcome. Please check the schedule to book either an adult (12, 18, 19 Aug) or family session (09 and 11 Aug).
